Don't brag about your sidechicks especially if one of them is MY friend.

Been reading some of the stories here and wanted to share mine after having a chance encounter with this guy (who we shall call asshat) a few years after I wrecked his love life. TLDR at the bottom.

To give some context I'm friends with this girl who was, for the lack of a better word, very dependant. She hooked up with this guy some weeks before I met him. One night the girl invited us out for some karaoke and drinks. The moment my friends and I met her boyfriend (now ex, thankfully) we despised him. He was the kind of guy that spouts alpha male bull crap. He would say women should be begging to be bred by him, how he was the top of the food chain and how women were meant to take care of the men and their children. Everytime he said this sort of nonsense my friend would laugh it off and she would defend him saying he was just joking. But, we all knew he was being serious.

Fast forward to a couple of weeks later and I've been hearing some rumors from friends about asshat and how he's been seen in some clubs and restaurant with different women. From what I've gathered he had two other girlfriends and he was pretty much mooching off of them. He would live in their apartments rent free, borrow their cars and even use their cards for bull shit. some of them would do his laundry or cook his meals. All the while he'd speak sweet nothings to them in order to convince them he was okay and loyal. At first I thought they were just rumors so I didn't think much of it. That is until I hung out with my friend who wanted an ear to listen to her.

She told me about how asshat would be gone for days at a time and would only appear in her apartment whenever he needed something. This would be food, money, a place to crash or sex. She was suspicious that he was cheating on her but she thought it was impossible. I simply told her "Why not just break up with him?" She would go on about how asshat was a sweet and nice guy. When I pointed out how he was barely in her life and kept using her she kept defending this guy like he was a literal angel, devoid of all sins. I was worried about her and how this would affect her career, her life and her mental well being if this kept up. But what could I have done? If I threw the rumors at her, I had nothing to back them up and in her state of denial she'd just say it was fine. I was in a stump and just told her "Do what you think is right."

Fast forward another few weeks later. Turns out asshat and I were members of the same gym. While I was on the treadmill he came up to the side next to my treadmill and ran with me. I didn't like this guy but so long as he didn't bother me then no harm no foul.

As we were on the treadmill he started off with a light conversation such as "how's work" or "you a insert sports team fan." No big deal. THEN, as if the universe was giving me a signal, he starts bragging about his girls or as he calls them "his bitches." I believe he thought he and I were kin, that all i cared about was getting laid. Point is he starts showing off pictures of his "conquests" as he calls them, and was willing to give me advices on how to get girls like him.

In the back of my head, as he's talking a mile a minute about nothing but his dick and the girls he's screwed, I thought the planets aligned and was giving me the chance to destroy him. So, I played along.

For another few weeks he and I would hang out. He and I would work out together, get meals afterwards or hang out at a bar...like friends. Unknown to him I had been collecting any and all evidences of the women he had been messing with. Whenever he left his stuff, like his gym bag, I'd rummage through them. If he left his phone I'd make sure to remember the pass code and get myself screenshots of everything he took of the women he had been playing with. There were a lot. It took me a good while to put up with his bragging and me covering for his drinks just to get a couple of pictures. Some of these were the most NSFW. He would have selfies of himself getting head from some woman. A picture of him with his hands under a woman's shirt. Or just plain nudes he had saved up. It wasn't enough I needed to do more because I had to make sure my friend understood she was dating a Triple A scum sucking leech.

Remember those rumors earlier? It was a risk because if they were true he'd leave his gym clothes and such to be cleaned by one of the women he was taking advantage of. If they weren't true then what I did would've been a waste. So, I went to a lingerie store and got some lacy black underwear, dunno what they were I saw expensive fancy women's underwear and thought perfect. Bought lipstick and some perfume. Then during one of our sessions in the gym he left his gym bag for me to look after. At this point I was on a weird roll. I put the underwear in his gym bag, put lipstick on my own lips and planted them on his shirt and the pants waistline (...yeah gross. Could've just bought a lip shaped stamp or something close to it) then sprayed a bit of perfume on it for good measure. I had some weird looks in the men's locker room. Embarassing? Yes. Worth it? Hell yeah.

Earlier that day I handed my collected photos of his cheating ways to the same group of friends that I heard the rumors earlier. I asked them to just hand it to the other two girls, explain to them that he was a piece of garbage that needs to be thrown out. It didn't take much convincing for them to whip out their phones, get copies from me and start texting, sending fb messages and just screaming to their friend to kick asshat out of their lives. I legitimately wondered if this was gonna work because if they were really dependant then it wouldn't matter.

Next day. I was awake for a good long time, tried to fall asleep, played some videogames and even tried to drink myself to sleep. All the while I was wondering if this stupid plan had worked. I left lipmarks on asshat's pants in the men's locker room!!! Turns out...IT DID!!!

I was told about how one of the girls found the underwear and, I'm guessing, the rest of the planted evidence. She had found it as she was about to do his laundry. Like a classic angry wife/girlfriend movie scene, she chucked asshat's clothes in the garbage bin. She kept the PS4 he had bought because he bought it with HER money.

The other woman locked asshat out of her apartment and blocked him on her phone. She tossed his clothes and some other stuff in a garbage bag before donating it to the nearby donation bin AND took photos of it for us.

My friend, after some convincing from us, broke free and when asshat tried to stay at her place she wasn't having it. She cancelled the gym subscription she paid for asshat, cut his access from netflix and hulu. Packages he ordered online? She either repacked them as gifts for her brothers or returned.

This was confirmed when asshat texted me asking if he could stay over at MY place. I lost it. I had the biggest shit eating grin ever. I couldn't believe my stupid plan worked. I put up with his alpha male nonsense and had to listen to him belittle women as breeding cattle. Asshat had to go back to his parent's home.

The best part of this? My friend was a little stronger after all of this. She took some therapy, got away from the dating scene for a bit and when she was ready she found herself a guy who, as of now, is completing his residency. She went from dating a moocher to a doctor! He's an awesome guy, shame he's a Patriot's fan...but if he makes my friend happy then I'll overlook it.

As for asshat? Still living in his parent's home. He's "inbetween jobs" which is just a stupid way of saying he had no job. I had bumped into him in my favorite coffee places. It took a lot out of me not to smile at his unfortunate circumstance.

TLDR: I framed a guy who had been using my friend and two other girls like sex toys with wallets. Got him locked out of their homes and forced to live back in his parent's home.

On March 21st/22nd, Saturn, the planet of: restriction, obligation, karma and order, moves from his home sign of Capricorn, into Aquarius. Aquarius, the 11th sign of the zodiac, represents: the maverick, genius, voice of the people, originality, invention and hopes/wishes. This is just a taste of this transit as Saturn will only stay in Aquarius until early July 2020 before going retrograde back to Capricorn. In late 2020, Saturn will re-enter Aquarius where he will stay until 2023.

Saturn in Aquarius is here to bring order and structures to: large groups, social interaction and upcoming inventions. Of course, we are already seeing a lot of this playing out with the current pandemic. The term social distancing was just a mere phrase in our vocabulary, prior to the last 2 weeks. This phrase is quite a literal interpretation of what Saturn in Aquarius represents. I expect as the transit continues to see more restrictions on large group gatherings. On the positive side, Saturn in Aquarius could also produce sub communities of folks that are tired of the government’s rules and decide to go ” off grid”. While there are already lots of folks living off grid lifestyles, we could see these being formed even more rapidly as more restrictions are placed on our freedoms.

The last time Saturn was in Aquarius was in 1991-1994. This was a time when the general public was first introduced to the world wide web. The first “www” code was released by the CERN making internet access available to everyone. Interestingly enough, it is this invention that is now keeping us connected to one another as we are shacked up in our homes. Within government systems, this transit is bringing up the need to re-invent all systems that no are no longer progressive or forward thinking. This is where we could see an old remedy( Saturn) be re-invented and revolutionized( Aquarius). Certainly, there will be more restrictions on travel, as Aquarius is an air sign. Again, tying it back to ” social distancing” and regulating the ability for us to see whoever we want, whenever we want.

Saturn in Aquarius is here to bring awareness and responsibility back to the people. Through the limitations and bailouts from the government, we are realizing in a big way of how we must care for ourselves when times get tough. Aquarius is the sign of the people and universal love and unity. How can we truly unite when we cannot see and feel one another? Through technology of course, which also happens to be ruled by Uranus, Aquarius’s ruling planet. This ” disconnection” we have all been going through has surprisingly brought us closer then any kind of device could accomplish.

It is the unity of consciousness that this transit will invoke. You can separate people on the physical level but you cannot disconnect them from their soul and heart. It is time with this transit for us to step up to the plate and become a united force like we have never seen in our lifetime. To My Trans Fledglings

I’d like to impart a little wisdom to all the fledgling trans people out there. Yes, I’m still only 6 months on T and have a long way to go yet, BUT I’ve still been through a lot and have learned plenty more.

I see a lot of posts on FB, tumbler or wherever else asking on how to start hormones, what to do about therapists, how to get an appointment with a doctor, etc. And of course depending on where you live, what country, what state, what town, and depending on what insurance you have IF you have insurance, and depending on your home life, your support system, etc, there are a thousand different ways to go about transitioning, and you of course have to find the way that’s right for you. So what I’m about to write was simply my way and how I decided to do it. These are recommendations, and by no means is anyone obligated to follow them.

THERAPISTS

First and foremost, I HIGHLY recommend a gender therapist. Not just any old therapists. A normal therapist has no idea what the hell they’re talking about, and I’ve heard horror stories of very harmful things being said to trans people. No, you specifically need a gender therapist. One that had experience. One who’s helped other trans people transition.

Do your homework! Look online fist, google ‘gender therapists’ with your zip code. When you find some CALL them! Specifically ask them how long they’ve been practicing, if they have lots of experience helping people transition, explain your situation, ask if they feel they’d be a good fit for you!

But I promise once you find the right therapist (yes it takes time to find the right one!) you won’t regret it. You NEED someone professional to help you transition. I don’t care how stable you are, you will have hardships. You cannot predict how everyone around you will react, how people in your family will treat you, how your coworkers will treat you. A therapist will help you figure out how to come out at work, how to talk to difficult family members, how to maintain friendships, etc.

I would NOT have been able to transition as seamlessly as I have without my therapist. She was a miracle worker for me and helped me come up with a plan on how to come out to my wife’s family and how to speak to management at work. I only had to go once every 2 weeks and after that once a month. Now I don’t need to go at all.

DOCTORS

You may have heard of informed consent versus getting a therapy letter. I highly recommend the therapy letter. Mainly because I recommend having a therapist. My therapist was willing to give me my hormone letter on the very first day. I chose to wait because I wanted to sort out some fears with her first. But any good gender therapist will NOT be a gate keeper! They will give you your letter within the first three sessions if you really want it. If they don’t, they’re not a good therapist, find someone else.

With a therapy letter, a doctor simply accepts it. You do not need to answer any embarrassing or personal questions, no one gets up in your business. With informed consent you have pages and pages of questions to answer and they basically dissect you under a microscope to make sure you’re mentally sound enough to understand what you’re doing. I didn’t want to go through that, which is why I got a letter.

Now, for the doctor themselves. Another reason to get a gender therapist with experience, they can refer you to a doctor who also has experience helping people transition. And trust me, again you want a doctor with experience! They know what they’re doing, they’ve helped others do it, they don’t ask stupid or offensive questions. Also, and this is important:

YOU DO NOT NEED AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST!

I’ve seen so many people saying they’re going to a specialist! You don’t need one. I don’t even understand why so many people are being referred to them. Testosterone and estrogen are the normal hormones that we naturally have in our bodies! ANY general practitioner should know how to take blood and tell you if your hormone levels are ok. And they should be able to write a prescription for T or E. It’s as simple as that. If a doctor doesn’t know how to prescribe a medication and read blood work they shouldn’t be practicing medicine at all!

My doctor is a plain old general practitioner. BUT, he is special because he is well known to the trans community for helping trans people transition. He had that experience I’ve been talking about. THAT is what’s important. If you have a therapist, have them refer you to a doctor. If you do not have a therapist, find a doctor the same way I described finding a therapist above. Google ‘transgender doctors’ and see what comes up. Then CALL. Ask the receptionist about informed consent, ask if they require a therapist letter to start hormones. If she doesn’t know what you’re talking about, that is NOT the doctor’s office for you. You need to find a place that has enough knowledge to do things like ask for your preferred name.

The visit itself should be fast, simple and easy. My doctor did a quick physical, took some blood work, and wrote me a script for T that same day. I drove down the road to the pharmacy and picked it up, all within an hour. There’s no reason they should be making you wait for weeks or months. The ONLY reason would be if they’re waiting for your blood work results to come back first.

So that is my shpeal for the time being. I was just getting so sick and tired of seeing so many trans fledglings, who just don’t know any better yet, being told by all these professionals that they have to wait for whatever stupid reason they’ve come up with. It can be simple and easy and it SHOULD be simple and easy.

As always, I’m always open for questions if anyone is having issues. But if you’re in a metropolitan area like I am, you really shouldn’t have these kinds of issues. If you’re stuck in a rural area and there’s only one doctor clinic for miles and miles THAT I understand. But otherwise…no. Just no.

Natalia Godunko is an iconic gymnast for a reason. She was always someone who looked very different in Ukrainian RG yet carved out a very successful career. She's something of a "wild child", always expressing her thoughts freely, even if that causes displeasure to the local fans. One thing is sure: she is well-worth listening to. Sport.ua had a huge, 2-part question and answer session with her, these are some topics they skimmed in approximate translation. Very interesting thoughts on medals not being worth if your mental or physical health suffers, how very difficult is to start independent life after living in a very strict and controlled environment, what she thinks about the star gymnasts and Ukraine's place now in RG.

On the difficulties of switching to "real" life after being in such a strictly controlled environment for a long time:

"I don't know if I want to be in elite sports at all, following in the footsteps of my great coaches. I have a task to make children happy, so they know what sport is, they learn how to work, they have a healthy psyche, they are not broken, they learn how to win, how to lose, how to fight. I try to convey my experience."

"Why do coaches allow themselves to raise their voice on children who are 10-12 years old? This is already manipulation. It cannot be done. You have to help a young athlete to reveal herself, be confident in herself, and if the kid does not have amazing natural gifts, then there is no need to humiliate her."

"I was taught to be a gymnast. But we were never taught how to be a coach. We practically did not go to school, there was no education. Until I was 26, there was nothing [outside rhythmic gymnastics]. And it was a very difficult period after the sport. I did not how to learn. To think. That's the problem."

"It occurs to me that if everything is forbidden to you, all your life, and then you are out, and everything is suddenly possible for you - it is both scary and dangerous. You do not have friends. You do not have normal education. You do not know why you cannot do certain things. I'm really grateful to the guy who was in my life then, because on our first date he understood my psychology type and never forbade me anything. He was like a mentor to me, because in my life before there was only sport."

"Sometimes I have communication barriers with my mother because of sports (...) She says I turned from an angel to an angry child when I got to elite sports. And now, as we're discussing some things, she is surprised. 'Why did you never tell me that?' I cleanly remember how the coach used to say that 'only the weakest tell everything to her parents'. And I always wanted to be the strongest."

On freedom:

"They say that you always have a choice. When I was in rhythmic gymnastics, I did not have this right. You cannot leave trainings or skip competitions (...) For 13 years in my career I did not have a choice. Let's take an example: what kind of music do you want? I want something. The coaches say to me - no, this will not work for you. And everything is like that. After the sport I could not decide on anything. I consider myself to some extent to be someone like Mowgli: a human who lived amongst animals and then got to human society."

About her relationship to the Deriuginas:

"I've recently had a conversation with them. I had to meet them to discuss some misunderstandings. I am grateful to all the people who helped me during my sports career. But the coaching part is independent of that. The Deriuginas did not teach to me how to be a coach, how to behave with the small kids, how to do masterclasses, what should they be, how a workout should be conducted. I came to this alone. I met them, I was greeted with hugs and open doors to the national team. We came to some shared opinions, in some things I had to give way. This meeting was recent, though I was offered to work with the national team before - but I never wanted to."

On her very freely expressed views, which are criticised often in Ukraine:

"Many people were scolding me, because I dare to have an opinion and express it in social media, say, like about the World Championships. Many people became very angry. But how can I say that Ukraine is the best when there is such a downfall - hopefully only temporary - and we end up in the 17th place?! I was criticised that I praised Russia. Well, there are the Averina twins, who perform brilliantly, have unreal ability with the apparatus. What they don't have, and I can also say this, is emotional channeling in their routines. We have Viktoria Mazur. She has gorgeous abilities, turns, but she does not know how to perform. Irina Deriugina should tell why the girl is dropping the apparatus for like 10 years. This is not antipathy towards Mazur. I am a free woman, I live in a free country, I can freely express my opinion. And she got better with apparatus, now she caught it at least.

I would never say something like Anna Rizatdinova had no growth in 10 years, it would not be true. Rizatdinova had an unreal growth as a gymnast. At first she was not such a good leaper, but she always had excellent pivots. At the Olympics in Rio she had everything on a high level. Another such gymnast with huge growth is Margarita Mamun. She constantly dropped the apparatus like Viktoria Mazur, but at the Olympics she made a clean competition and her improvement was fantastic: in body work, in apparatus work, in emotionality. I've only seen such huge improvements in Mamun and Rizatdinova."

On whether the Olympic results are fair:

"As for Mamun, she performed brilliantly. She was ready, that was her deserved place. For Kudryavtseva... let's go back a little! She appeared in 2013 and what she showed was just completely unreal. No-one had seen anything like it! But on the other hand, Yana remained on the same level during her career. Mamun and Rizatdinova raised their game. And of course Yana had a huge mistake in Rio, loss of apparatus - the rest she could do without mistakes. But she had a very serious surgery before, she was out for half a year, yet she was able to recover and perform - that is a very strong testimony [to her will]. I hope she can survive her silver medal. Because she always won everything, she always got the gold. I hope life after sports will not break her. She's 20 years old, she had set such a standard that it will be very difficult for her to lead a normal life. Rizatdinova had a worthy medal and the third place seemed correct. In my opinion her routines were not as difficult as her rivals' ones. Kudryavtseva had a serious mistake but had way more complicated routines, and Rizatdinova performed superbly, but for me her routines were a little light in difficulty. I felt very sorry for Salome Pazhava with her injury. I was rooting for her and thought she'd be in the medals.

On whether the Deriuginas' complete control over Ukrainian RG is good or she prefers more competition:

"[Serebryanskaya, Vitrichenko] came from very strong schools, they provided competition. I believe in that competition is needed. I can say that many talented coaches are either leaving Ukraine or have already left."

On the current Code of Points:

"I generally like it. During my career there were so many elements, up to 40. Now 10-12. Sometimes I think, oh, if I was performing now! I like these rules more. Plus there are no technical sheets, like we used to have. That means if something is going wrong, the gymnast can correct the mistake, repeat the element, and for us that was impossible to do."

On whether she's satisfied with her career:

"I'm very happy with it, because even if I was a second gymnast [behind Anna Bessonova] I was in the top five. I did not have huge mistakes, I did not let down my country, my coaches. I could even win sometimes, as a second gymnast, against Kabaeva and Tchachina. I can put a tick next to my career. Now our number one is not even in the top ten. As a second gymnast I was considered to be a star, because I could compete with the very best. And what happened during this difficult journey - maybe one day I'll write a book and tell you how everything was, what I went through in the sport and after.

On her relationship with Anna Bessonova

"We are not communicating with Anya, so I do not know much about her. There was a turning point in our relationship. I even had to go through what happened with a psychologist, because the situation was bugging me, I was questioning myself, what did I do wrong? Eventually what helped me is that I let go of the situation. I cannot say any bad things to Anya, but she ceased to exist in my life as a friend."

On the happy moments, doing things for yourself and training sensibly

"I won't say moments like eating a chocolate or drinking cola - I do not this any more, because they are harmful, and in our time we had to secretly do things like that. I always tell everyone: do it for yourself! No medal is worth your psyche, your health."

"I'll give you an example. We had a training camp in Alushta, and at 12 o'clock, when it was so hot, we had a strength circuit on a Swedish ladder made of metal. It was on the street. It was so hot, we wore caps. Now, strength circuit is useful. Physically weaker girls might tear the skin on their palms, but that's okay, you care for it and keep on working. The coach wrote on Facebook: if it was not for this, you wouldn't have become champions. And I asked, why was it impossible to do that workout at 6 PM, when the sun was down, it would not burn, and half of the children would not have problems with the hot metal ladders? It is just incomprehensible to me. Perhaps there was no other option, perhaps the site was occupied in the evening..."

I started my monthly KopiTalk in 2011 soon after I came to Tampines North. It is a face-to-face session at Blk 478 Koufu food court where residents can ask any questions and give feedback or suggestions, whether on estate matters, topical issues or national policies. I found these sessions very useful as I hear directly from residents and can find out what's on people's minds. We can then follow up on the matters raised where appropriate. Participants told me they find the conversation and exchange of views with fellow residents interesting. I also use the opportunity to share what I know and make any clarifications. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 situation, KopiTalk has been suspended since February. We moved it online via FB Live instead. However, something is missing as I do not see faces. I still respond to the comments but it is a monologue. For tomorrow's session, we are trying a hybrid version called "Yuan Yang KopiTalk". Just like the coffee-with-tea drink, we will have a face-to-face component with an online version at the same time, ie Zoom via FB Live. You can just scan the QR code to join the session anytime from 2pm to 4pm tomorrow. Or you can go to any of the three locations listed in the poster to watch and participate in the session. Anyone can still leave their comments on the Live Chat. When creating an Instagram account for the Business make sure you have a Business profile and not a personal account profile.

By having a Business account you can promote your posts from Facebook Business Manager which have detailed targeting options. This is the main advantage of having Business Account.
